Dealer questions
Who can become an Icommit dealer?
Any registered business with a valid GST number can apply. This includes electronics retailers, distributors, system integrators, signage agencies and online resellers.
Do I need a showroom?
A showroom helps with demos, but it isn't mandatory. System integrators and agencies that sell directly to businesses are welcome to apply.
What documents are required?
Your GST number, PAN, and a copy of your GST certificate or visiting card. We may ask for more details during verification.
How long does approval take?
Our team contacts you within 2–3 working days of your application, then shares pricing and terms once verification is complete.
Will I get support for installation and warranty claims?
Yes. Every unit carries a 1-year manufacturer warranty, and our team supports you with installation and service for your customers.
